We believe that everyone who has the ability to study at Cardiff University should be able to do so whatever their financial circumstances.

The Study Plus Scheme offers a range of bursaries to help with the costs of studying at university and free resources to support you while you study.

This year we are partnering with JS Group, a sector specialist in the delivery of financial awards who currently support over 300,000 students at over 25 UK universities.

The Study Plus website contains a range of products to support you with your studies, free information, advice and events on study skills, digital skills, financial management, wellbeing, and employability.

If you are eligible for one of the following bursaries, Study Plus is where you can access them:

• Cardiff Bursary
• Together Bursary 
• Hardship 
• 1st Year Scholarship

The Study Plus website has thousands of products such as Books, Stationery, Electronic items and much more to support your time at university. Most bursaries allow you to buy anything you need from the Study Plus website.

Some awards allow you to withdraw a portion or all of your bursary as cash. Instructions on how to do that can be found here: How to withdraw funds (cardiffstudyplus.co.uk)

Similarly, some awards allow you to withdraw part or all of your award as supermarket vouchers. To do this simply visit the "My Account" menu once you have logged into your Study Plus account and click on Food Vouchers.

If eligible for one of the above Awards, you can log into your study plus account HERE, using the credentials sent to you when your funds were loaded.
